The time of order fulfillment (preparing and packing the shipment) is the time from receiving the order in the online store and receiving the payment, until the shipment is handed over to the courier.
The order fulfillment time is 48 hours, this does not apply to products made to order, where the sewing time is 3 working days + 1 day for preparing the package.
Time of receipt of the shipment = order processing time + delivery time
In the case of payment by bank transfer, we send a product immediately after the money is transfered to our account. The delivery time depends on the FEDEX courier and the recipient's address. It usually takes up to 4 business days in EU countries.
To non-EU countries the delivery takes up to 1 week by FEDEX courier.
By choosing a standard post delivery it takes up to 14 days in EU countries, to NON-EU countries up to 25 days.
